To generate categories, input your company domain and offer description. For example: “I own a digital marketing agency, Neocolours, offering digital marketing services for real estate firms in San Francisco, California.”
The AI will suggest relevant categories. Review and select only the categories closely related to your target industry, e.g., real estate agencies, property management, company, real estate agent, real estate consultant, and housing development.
Select the location details. In this example, we will be looking for potential customers needing our digital marketing services in the real estate sector within the vicinity of San Francisco, California.
Add some additional filters in the Advanced Filters options. In this example, we selected Business Status (Operational), Contact Information (With Email & Phone and Preferred Contacts as Decision Makers). Exclude non-business entities as needed.
